Dr. Gregory Denzel, DO, PC - Medical Director, Hormone Management
Gregory Denzel, DO, PC graduated top of his class in 1990 at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Long Island. He completed his Internship at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y.. Dr. Denzel then served for three years as an Internal Medicine resident at Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital in Colorado with an additional year of Cardiology training.
He is a board certified Urgent Care physician and has Level II Full Accreditation from the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation. Dr Denzel has been practicing for over 15 years in all areas of family practice, urgent care, and workers compensation.
Dr Denzel is an active member of the American Medical Association as well as American Osteopathic Association and is well respected within the medical community.
Colorado Fibromyalgia brings together a diverse and experienced group of practitioners. Our providers have over 70 years of combined experience working with fibromyalgia. We incorporate the understanding that comes from this level of experience into treating each individual.
Dr. Paul Branch, MD
Dr. Branch has specialized in treating patients with chronic medical conditions since 1999. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical College in 1996 and attended a family medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. His multi-dimensional, integrative treatment model draws from traditional medicine, functional medicine, and bio-energetic medicine, which includes Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine (a traditional medicine of India) and homeopathy.
Dawn Moon FNP-BC
Dawn was born in Idaho and grew up in Dayton, Washington. She has spent 12 years as a Registered Nurse and the past 6 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She has a vast array of experience in areas such as: Chronic Disease Management, Women’s Health, Family Planning, Pediatrics, and Diabetes. Dawn enjoys managing patients of all ages and stages of life with varying clinical complexity.
Dr. Megan Moon, DC, RN, CCWP
Dr. Moon started with the Colorado Fibromyalgia Center in 2009. She offers expertise in physical rehabilitation and medical integration, while providing holistic nutrition and lifestyle management services. As a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Registered Nurse her education has been diverse with additional certifications in Holistic Wellness, the Webster technique, and Dry Needling. As a graduate student, Dr. Moon completed clinical rotations at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and at D.I.S.C., the official surgical center of the United States Olympic Committee. She has more currently served as an adjunct faculty member in the allied health division at the Institute of Business and Medical Careers in Longmont, CO and an instructor and consultant for the Haven Behavioral Warrior Support Center, in Colorado Springs, CO.
Dr. Mark Kuchar, DC, CSCS
Dr. Kuchar brings an expertise and passion for physical rehabilitation along with a history of success in treating chronic pain patients. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences. Dr. Kuchar is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Board Certified in Acupuncture and Dry Needling. With compassion and knowledge, Dr. Kuchar is dedicated to helping patients experiencing pain and fatigue to be motivated with gentle guidance.
Dr. Dean Wright, DC
Dr. Wright is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic with an expertise in the musculoskeletal system, physical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. He strives to treat each patient through a patient-centered approach, and customize each treatment plan to the individual. After completion of his Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, Dr. Wright moved back to his home state of Colorado. Dr. Wright is enthusiastic about correcting biomechanical flaws, functional training, and increasing quality of life through a variety of manual therapies. These include CMT (chiropractic manipulative therapy), IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and other manual mobilization techniques. Dr. Wright takes a focused approach to get to the underlying causes of back/spine pain and other musculoskeletal disorders. His goal is to get patients to feel their best and not be limited by their pain complaints. In his free time, Dr. Wright enjoys spending time with his wife, being outdoors, and staying active.
