Group Classes

FCA-Colorado hosts group empowerment classes.  These classes are meant to empower, excite, and motivate!

Through your treatment program, your body will recover.  You will regain the ability to be productive and enjoy life again.  Due to the disabling nature of fibromyalgia, many sufferers lose direction and purpose in life.  Our group classes help individuals regain their vision and set goals that will get them back on track to living an fulfilling life.

The group classes are led by Russ Minary, a minister and life coach.  His fun-loving attitude is contagious and adds a spark of life to the classes.  His approach to teaching is to make learning fun and funny, in addition to empowering.
